We welcome interested graduate students, recent Ph.D. to participate in this conference. Since we only have a very limited budget to support this conference, we only have funding to support the invited speaker’s local expenses in China. The other participants must try to find some alternative source of funding for all the expenses.

Jixian hotel is sited in the Hunan University. Single room: 200 RMB / day (incl. Breakfast). The conference room is very near the hotel.

1. Each participant will arrive in one of Beijing, Guangzhou or Shanghai on 16th or 17th July.
2. Take airplane to Huanghua airport at Changsha from Beijing(Guangzhou or Shanghai) at about 1200-1300RMB.
3. You can tell us() what time you will arrive at Changsha, and we can arrange someone to meet you in Huanghua airport. Or you can take taxi to Jixian hotel in Hunan university directly.
