    Default Delete temporary files from server!

    The temporary files of Form upload are located in /tmp,and other temporary files of other upload are located in temp in the root directory.

    You can choose one script to check if it works!
    In some cases,the file permission of temporary files may stop deletion!

    -----------------------------------------------------------------
    CGI script: deltmp.cgi

    Upload the deltmp.cgi to your cgi-bin directory and chmod to 0755.
    You can configure the script:
    PHP Code:
    $limits 100;
    $deletetime=60*60;
    $tmpdir='/tmp'
    The $limits decide how many files to delete every run.

    $deletetime decide how old files to delete.By default,delete the files which were uploaded about 1 hours ago.

    $tmpdir is your temporary directory.

    PHP script: deltmp.php
    Configuration is same to deltmp.cgi!

    If the script works,you can setup crontab to run the script automatically!

    Unfotunately my files are going into the /tmp of the server. I cannot cancell "All Files" inside this dir as this will cancell some inportant files as mysql.sock etc.
    Is there any way to change the /TMP folder so in puts on the temp folder of the domain?

    thanks

    You can change $tmpdir='/tmp'; in script to delete files in /tmp directory!

    Now it is not easy to change the /tmp to others.(You need 3 files to complete the changes). We will add the option in config.php in new version. Then you will only edit one file to change the temporary directory!

    Sure, you can delete them manually. But it will take you some time to delete the temp files, and you can't delete the files which are uploading.
    We identify these files that are created in past one hour as the uploading files.
